Please be aware we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
All our pieces are handcrafted to order unless otherwise stated. We’re a small operation and work to ship your order within 3-4 weeks and will update you of the stages of the process in realtime via email. For more information on our process please see our FAQs.
As we offer International shipping the delivery time will vary depending on region. We dispatch from the UK and the customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes that may apply. Please see below for futher details.
It is essential the customer ensures they provide a full and accurate delivery address at the time of order (no PO boxes please) and provide any required information and access to the courier to facilitate delivery.
UK
We offer free shipping for all domestic orders within the UK.
We use Tracked Delivery with Royal Mail as standard and your shipment will require a signature to complete delivery.
You can expect receipt of your order within 1-2 days following dispatch.
USA
We offer free shipping on orders over $330 USD.
We are able to ship to most regions via UPS and your shipment will require a signature to complete delivery. If you are unable to provide signature at the time of delivery you can contact UPS with your tracking information to arrange collection from your local UPS point.
You can expect receipt of your order within 3-6 days* following dispatch.

We offer free shipping on orders over $460 CAD.

Australia
We offer free shipping on orders over $500 AUD.

We are constantly expanding our markets so if you find you cannot select your country for shipping please reach out to us via info@wolfandgecko.com.
Free shipping available for orders over £250.
We offer shipping to many regions not specified above selecting the best option available at the time of dispatch with preference for couriers who offer tracking, insurance and a speedy timeframe. Most often this will be with UPS or Royal Mail who offer a handover to a local courier service following passage through customs.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES FOR ALL REGIONS OUTSIDE THE UK
For any orders placed outside of the UK import duties and taxes may apply in order to receive your item.
Please be sure to review with your local authority if you are likely to be charged any import duties or taxes when purchasing your order as we are not responsible for covering these expenses. In the event you return your item we do not reimburse any duties or taxes paid by the customer.
If costs to receive your order remain unpaid and/or delivery is not completed your item will be returned to us. We will refund any balance beyond fees that may be incurred to us as a result of non-delivery.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
