Returns & Refunds
There's nothing that means more to us than our jewellery meeting your expectations so we have included some important information in the event you're looking to return your order.
We accept returns on jewellery that has not had any bespoke alterations or customisations beyond your chosen ring size within 14 days of receipt.
The following exceptions apply:
- Earrings cannot be returned due to UK Health and Hygiene regulations.
- Sale items that have been discounted within the shop, not as a result of a personal discount code applied. In the event a discount has been applied a refund for the discounted amount will be issued providing the article and packaging is unworn, unused and in as-new condition.
The customer is responsible for the return postage and any insurance covering the parcel's transit including any possible import duties or fees that may apply. Postage paid by the buyer as part of the order will not be refunded.
Outbound postage on any exchanged items will require postage costs to be covered by the customer.
Due to the high value nature of our jewellery we recommend the customer purchases shipping insurance as returns lost or damaged during transit are the not covered by us and in this event a return refund or exchange cannot be honoured.
Should you wish to return your jewellery and it is not a non-returnable item as stated above you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@wolfandgecko.com.
The return must then be securely packaged with your original order number, name and address contained within the parcel and shipped with all original packaging within 14 days of notifying us. We will issue your refund on receipt of the returned item(s) providing it is in unworn, as new condition, with all packaging supplied to us as you received it.
Damages and Defects
If you believe there to be damages or defects please notify us by emailing info@wolfandgecko.com and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
Due to the nature of the lost wax casting method products may show casting pits - minor dips and textures - that are an inherent part of the process are a unique element of each article meaning no two are alike. Setting and polishing marks can sometimes be visible on the surface of the jewellery and, again, are a result of the handcrafted processes we use and are not considered defects.
