Lead times & the process
All our pieces are handcrafted to order unless otherwise stated. We’re a small operation and work to ship your order within 3-4 weeks and will update you of the stages of the process in realtime via email. If you have any questions or want more info you can simply reply to these emails and we’ll respond during office hours.
We hand select any stones for your pieces and there may be differences between the ones pictured on our site and the one you receive. This is due to the organic nature of these Earth-crafted elements and we are very picky with which stones make the cut. If you have any special requests, please reach out to us and we will do our best to meet your stone requirements.
When it comes to pairs and sets, our stones are sisters and not twins. We select our stones for the way they compliment each other and way not be a perfectly matched pair, but we assure you they'll look great together!
Due to the nature of the casting process the surface of your piece will have a slight texture. This is intentional - we love that each piece tells its own story and no two will be exactly the same. After casting we finish up each article by sanding and several stages of polishing to bring your jewellery to a beautiful shine.
Choosing your ring size
As your pieces are made to your specifications it is super important that you find your best ring size for the fit you are looking for. If you don't know your size we recommend dropping into your local jeweller to get your ring size measured or purchase a simple ring sizer online.
Wider bands need an increase in the size you choose of around a half size. You'll find indication of this in the product info above.
We have included a link to our size conversion chart below, but please note these are estimates and there may be a slight variance between regions. If you're unsure, please reach out via email and we will do our best to help!
Shipping & Customs
Please be aware we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
As we offer International shipping the delivery time will vary depending on region. We dispatch from the UK and the customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes that may apply. Please see Shipping & Customs page for futher details.
It is essential the customer ensures they provide a full and accurate delivery address at the time of order and provide any required information and access to the courier to facilitate delivery.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on jewellery that has not had any bespoke alterations or customisations beyond your chosen ring size within 14 days of receipt.
The following exceptions apply:
- Earrings cannot be returned due to UK Health and Hygiene regulations.
- Sale items that have been discounted within the shop, not as a result of a personal discount code applied. In the event a discount has been applied a refund for the discounted amount will be issued providing the article and packaging is unworn, unused and in as-new condition.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Postage paid by the customer as part of the original order, where applicable, cannot be refunded.

Looking after your jewellery
As our jewellery is crafted from precious metals it makes it super easy to care for, but there are still some points to consider to keep your pieces looking their best!
Although our jewellery can be worn everday we recommend taking it off whenever you're using any chemicals, cleaners, or going for a swim. Direct contact with these products can cause your jewellery to oxidise extremely quickly and can cause irreversible damage to some stones.
When storing your jewellery we recommend using the packaging provided. A cotton bag or simple box can keep your jewellery safe and reduce oxidisation over prolonged periods.
What is oxidisation? This is when the metal's surface darkens and is totally normal over time - some people love this effect like a good patina on worn leather, but if you want to reduce this follow our tips here and give your jewellery a regular wipe with a jewellery polishing cloth to freshen it up.
